Brentford striker Ivan Toney is attracting interest in the summer transfer market, with offers from Saudi Arabia also circulating.
Brentford boss Thomas Frank has spoken ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash with Liverpool about the future of star striker Ivan Toney, who is attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, saying nothing is clear until the window closes.
Frank told ufabet http://ufabet999.app Sports: “A lot of things are going on with Ivan, especially with transfers, there’s a lot of transfer interest. Because of all that, we’ve decided not to include him in the squad. I can’t give too much away the day before. Of course Ivan is a top player, we all know that. He has been fantastic for us for four years but we showed last season we can cope without him.” There’s offers for Toney from the Saudi Pro League but could Premier League clubs reignite their interest in the England international?
“Ivan has been training with us all week. He’s training with a good attitude in everything. He might be involved in the game, or he might not be.”
“He may be here after August 30 and he may not be here at all. It’s not clear yet.”
“I always say if he’s here I’ll be happy, but if he’s not here I’ll be happy for him,” Frank said.
